Obtains and analyzes quality Ultrasound images in the general, vascular, and obstetric settings to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease states.
Assists and guides physicians with invasive/surgical procedures.
Ensures all information is transferred, documented, and stored appropriately as required by regulating and accrediting bodies.
Performs required equipment quality control operations and reports deficiencies to appropriate personnel.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of Associate degree in Radiography or Sonography from CAAHEP approved school of Ultrasound.
Registry eligible by ARDMS.
BLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment)
