Position Title: UM Support Analyst/Admin
Location: 4000 LUXOTTICA PL Mason OH 45040
Hybrid in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work Hours: 9 - 5pm
Pay Rate: $ 22.55/hr on W2 Paid Weekly!

Preferred Start Date: 9/15/2026
Duration: 4 month(s)/ Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The UM Support Analyst/Admin provides administrative and data-entry support for UM prior authorization requests.
The role works in Facets, FileBound, and Jira and is responsible for making outbound notification calls to providers and members.
Prior Health First and Anthem prior authorization experience is a plus.
