Job Description

Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
Must provide a background check upon hire
Must have transportation
Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing.
Must be able to self-manage
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Must have excellent report writing skills
Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
Must be able to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time.
Work in all weather conditions
Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet
Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
Follow all client and company policies
Monitor and control access points by checking credentials of visitors, contractors, and employees to ensure authorized entry.
Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts by applying conflict management techniques, ensuring safety for all individuals involved.
Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant observation, CCTV monitoring, and reporting suspicious activities or theft attempts.
Gate Checker experience is a plus
