About the Role:
BMC23 Security LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Massachusetts ( Multiple locations). Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and suspicious activity
• Conduct regular foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of the facility
• Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid Massachusetts Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
