Now Hiring - Full-Time Security Officer / Field Supervisor

Atlas Security Services is seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a full-time Security Officer / Field Supervisor position.

Schedule:

Field Supervisor: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (24 hours)

Security Officer: 16 additional hours during the week at various unarmed security sites

Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and supervise weekend operations

Respond to call-offs and assist with shift coverage as needed

Help coordinate scheduling and staffing needs

Support security personnel in the field

Perform security officer duties at assigned unarmed posts during the week

Maintain professional communication with clients and staff

Requirements:

Clean and valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Previous security or supervisory experience preferred

Must be dependable and willing to assist with operational coverage when needed

This position offers a mix of field supervision and security work, making it ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within the security industry. Pay is set at $20hr while working supervisory hours.
