Unarmed Security Guard III (Site Supervisor)

E-logic, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and professional Unarmed Security Guard III (Site Supervisor) to manage on-site security operations at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) campus in Rockville, Maryland. As a direct employee of E-logic, Inc., the Site Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison between E-logic's leadership, the university administration, and on-site security personnel. The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading daily security functions, overseeing 24/7/365 physical security coverage, supervising shift personnel, managing emergency response protocols, and ensuring full compliance with university guidelines and state regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate the daily performance and shift scheduling of all Unarmed Security Guard I and II staff assigned to the campus.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for USG campus representatives, maintaining regular communication regarding daily security logs, incident reports, and operational updates.
• Oversee access control systems, visitor registration, building security patrols, and CCTV monitoring across all campus facilities.
• Act as the lead coordinator during campus emergencies, fire alarms, medical situations, or security incidents, ensuring proper escalation and protocol execution.
• Ensure all security personnel under supervision adhere to Maryland security guard licensing standards, E-logic policies, and USG security procedures.
• Conduct continuous shift training and briefings.
• Maintain meticulous records, review daily activity reports (DARs), prepare incident reports, and implement quality control checks across all security posts.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in physical security operations.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial security role (Key Personnel requirement).
• Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification /License (or ability to maintain active status prior to deployment). First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong leadership, crisis management skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, proficiency with security reporting software and CCTV equipment.
