Overview


United Security is seeking a professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officer for a corporate property in Phoenix. This is a daytime position focused on maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

•  Monitor and control access to the property 
•  Verify and log all visitors, vendors, and deliveries 
•  Conduct routine patrols of the premises (interior & exterior) 
•  Provide a strong visible presence to deter unwanted activity 
•  Respond to incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns 
•  Write detailed Daily Activity Reports and incident reports 
•  Provide excellent customer service and assist employees/guests as needed 

Requirements

•  Valid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard Card (required) 
•  Highly dependable and punctual 
•  Strong customer service skills 
•  Ability to effectively de-escalate situations 
•  Must maintain a professional appearance at all times 
•  Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations 
•  Able to work independently with minimal supervision 
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
•  Comfortable working outdoors as needed 

Preferred Qualifications

•  Previous security experience in a corporate or professional setting 
•  Experience with access control systems and reporting tools 
•  Strong de-escalation skills
