What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. This position is responsible for partnering with the client and operations team on day-to-day activities. Professional appearance with strong administrative and people skills are required.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and team members.
- Oversee front desk operations including visitor management and access control.
- Handle administrative tasks such as verifying/maintaining access logs, monitoring CCTV and emails.
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members on day-day operations.
- Use strong written skills to complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports.
- Conduct hourly foot patrols throughout the building .
- Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Excellent skills in customer service, communication and multitasking, while working well under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong, stable work history.
- Must pass a drug test and background screening.
- Reliable transportation required.
