Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Belpre, OH

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00AM to 7:00PM

Pay Rate: $13.25 per hour

• Must be willing to obtain TWIC Card
• Must be willing to obtain Guard Card
• Must be able to pass MVR
• Must be able to pass criminal background check & Drug Screen
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment phyisical

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a busy manufacturing plant. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a secure and safe environment during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol plant premises to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular checks of doors, gates, windows, and other access points.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and activities.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card (training available).
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Clean criminal background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the plant.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during the overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous security experience is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial settings or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
