Position Overview
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, monitoring entry points, enforcing house rules, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to de‑escalate conflicts if they do happen but majority part of scope of work is customer service and Physical Presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the entrance   
- Monitor guest behavior inside and outside 
- De‑escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalism 
- Remove disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely and respectfully if needed
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including restrooms and parking areas 
- Assist staff during high‑volume periods or special events 
- Document incidents accurately and report them to management 
- Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clear if needed 
- Work closely with managers and Employees to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications
- Prior security in Customer service and Enforcement
- Valid Guard Card
- Full duty belt with certifications is a Plus will be considered
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills 
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessary 
- Professional appearance and demeanor 
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule & Compensation
- Part‑time available
- Evening and late‑night shifts 
- Competitive hourly pay
- Opportunities for additional hours during events or busy seasons



Projected Schedule
Monday to Sunday 
6pm to 1am
Rate : $21/hr
STATUS: UNARMED
Weekly pay
