As a Metro One Security Officer, you'll help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, clients, and guests while representing Metro One's commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
Conduct routine patrols while maintaining a visible security presence.
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security equipment.
Observe, investigate, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, management, and emergency responders.
Help maintain a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment.
