NY2CA WEST is hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for an on-site assignment in Glendale, California.

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

\n

Position: Temporary security assignment

\n

Location: Glendale, California

\n

Schedule: Varied shifts, including possible evenings and weekends

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Maintain a visible, professional presence to help deter security incidents
• \n
• Monitor the premises and control access points
• \n
• Conduct regular patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment
• \n
• Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• \n
• Observe, document, and report incidents or unusual activity
• \n
• Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and safety concerns
• \n
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
• \n
• Follow all post orders, security procedures, and company policies
• \n

Requirements

\n

• \n
• Active and current California BSIS Guard Card
• \n
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
• \n
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• \n
• Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional under pressure
• \n
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent
• \n
• Previous security, military, or law-enforcement experience is a bonus but not required
• \n
