Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access points.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
- Write accurate daily activity reports and incident reports as required.
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office or site supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in law enforcement, military service, or working for a licensed security agency
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- Social Security Card (copy required)
- Proof of Vehicle Insurance
- Photo ID Submission: A clear photo from the shoulders up (no hats, no filters, white background) for company identification badge
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old
- Citizenship: U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Background: Must not be a convicted felon, have outstanding warrants, or any disqualifying criminal history under Michigan law (MCL)
- Mental/Physical Condition: Must not have any mental instability, must not have been adjudged insane (unless restored by court order), and must be in good physical condition to perform duties
- Screenings: Must pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing (no drug dependency)
