We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Stanton, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Stanton, TN

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

Preferred candidates will have availability to work 1st Shift and/or 2nd Shift. Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct routine security checks and document observations.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and visitor information.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to Stanton, TN.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tennessee Security Guard License.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to conduct foot patrols indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Ability to climb stairs and ramps as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be alert and able to respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.

For Driving Positions (If Applicable):

• Must be at least 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
