Position OverviewThe Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, monitoring entry points, enforcing house rules, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally. Key Responsibilities- Greet guests at the entrance and verify IDs in compliance with state alcohol laws
- Monitor guest behavior inside and outside the venue
- De‑escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalism
- Remove disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely and respectfully
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including restrooms and parking areas
- Assist staff during high‑volume periods or special events
- Document incidents accurately and report them to management
- Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clear
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications- Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred
- Valid Guard Card
- Full duty belt with certifications is a Plus will be considered
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessary
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
