Responsibilities include:
Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
Monitoring facilities and reporting suspicious activity
Enforcing access control procedures
Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally
Completing detailed incident and activity reports
Monitoring security equipment and reporting concerns
Assisting with investigations when necessary
Maintaining a professional, approachable presence
Providing outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
Supporting a safe and positive environment at all times

Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, military, public safety, or security are encouraged to apply. Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Willing to complete fingerprinting for the Ohio PISGS Unarmed Security License (Extrity will reimburse the fingerprinting cost after you've worked two shifts)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous security experience
Patrol or surveillance experience
Knowledge of access control procedures
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
Customer service or hospitality experience
