What You'll Do
As an Unarmed Security Professional, you will help maintain safe and secure environments while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
• Monitoring facilities and reporting suspicious activity
• Enforcing access control procedures
• Verifying visitor and employee credentials
• Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Completing detailed incident and activity reports
• Assisting with investigations when necessary
• Monitoring security equipment and reporting concerns
• Maintaining a visible, professional presence
• Supporting a positive experience for clients and visitors

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration, or the ability to obtain and maintain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations
• Ability to document incidents accurately and professionally
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security experience
• Patrol or surveillance experience
• Knowledge of access control procedures
• Experience handling incidents or emergency situations
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
• Customer service or hospitality experience
