What You'll DoAs an Unarmed Security Professional, you will serve as a visible and trusted presence while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular patrols of assigned properties
- Monitoring facilities and reporting unusual activity
- Enforcing access control procedures
- Verifying identification and visitor access
- Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Preparing accurate incident and activity reports
- Maintaining awareness of site-specific security concerns
- Assisting with investigations when necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Supporting a safe and positive environment at all times

Required Qualifications- Active Illinois PERC Card in good standing
- Completion of the Illinois 20-Hour Security Training Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional during stressful situations
- Ability to write accurate reports and documentation
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications- Previous security experience
- Patrol and surveillance experience
- Experience with access control procedures
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
- Customer service, hospitality, military, law enforcement, or public-facing experience
