Security Site Supervisor

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $19 Per Hour

We are hiring an Unarmed Security Site Supervisor for 1st shift. This is a driving position and candidates must have prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
• Manage a team of security officers included but not limited to training, scheduling, support and coach development
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Communicate staffing needs
• Develop staff technical and professional skills through performance management OJT, counseling, disciplining and performance evaluations
• Meet all contractual scheduled hours with minimum of unbilled overtime
• Maintain operational procedures manual and update with new information specified by the client
• Maintain uniforms, supplies and vehicles checklist
• Must be familiar with Teams and client specified apps
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and all shifts, must be flexible
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems and make decisions under pressure in accordance with site policies
• Trains Security officer and other company personnel review post orders and assignments with subordinates
• Prepare, file and submit reports as required
• Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between Client, Field Supervisors, Management and Security officers
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication. Must possess interpersonal skills to deal with the public
• Must be able to complete neat, legible logs and reports

Requirements:

• Security Supervisor experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Tachnical aptitude

Additional Information:

• Must be flexible with schedule changes and overtime
• Some local travel may be required
