We are hiring an experienced Unclaimed Property Specialist with strong annuity industry knowledge and excellent analytical skills. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end unclaimed property processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations, handling reporting activities, reimbursements, audits, and supporting internal teams with high-quality service and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor unclaimed property processes from intake through state reporting and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with business units and TPAs to ensure accurate data and fund imports into TrackerPro.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and strict deadlines.
• Support audits, perform quality checks, and conduct monthly self-audits.
• Assist with system testing, process improvements, and team training/support.
• Communicate with government entities regarding filings and reimbursement requests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the annuity industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
