Responsibilities:

• Conduct covert mystery shopping and undercover audits at client business locations
• Evaluate customer service interactions, staff behavior, and overall service quality
• Document findings through detailed written reports, photos, and structured assessments
• Maintain a convincing cover identity while performing audits without detection
• Assess compliance with client-defined service standards and protocols
• Submit timely, accurate audit reports to project managers following each assignment
• Participate in debriefs and provide actionable feedback based on field observations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in mystery shopping, auditing, customer service, or investigative roles preferred
• Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, objective reports
• Ability to remain discreet, professional, and composed in undercover situations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable traveling to various locations throughout the Boston, MA area
• Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools and mobile devices
