About Information Technology at PMI U.S.

The Information Technology team enables PMI U.S.''s transformation through innovative technology solutions, data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, digital workplace tools, and emerging technologies. IT partners across the business to improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and support growth.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

• Supporting technology projects that improve business processes and user experiences
• Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions
• Participating in testing, implementation, and documentation of systems and tools
• Analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Supporting cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or digital workplace initiatives
• Researching emerging technologies and industry trends
• Preparing presentations, project updates, and documentation
• Presenting recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders

Who We''re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor''s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, work, or community involvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical thinking
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
• Experience analyzing large datasets and generating insights
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Results-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
