About Supply Chain & Procurement

The Supply Chain & Procurement team is responsible for ensuring PMI U.S. delivers products and services efficiently, responsibly, and cost-effectively. Working across sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, supplier management, and operations, the team partners with stakeholders throughout the business to optimize processes, manage risk, and support growth. Through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, Supply Chain & Procurement plays an important role in advancing PMI U.S.''s smoke-free future.

What You''ll Do

• Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Conduct supplier research, spend analysis, and reporting to support purchasing decisions.
• Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze inventory, demand, supplier, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation for stakeholders.
• Participate in projects focused on supply chain optimization, cost savings, risk management, and process improvement.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.

Who We''re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor''s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Interest in supply chain operations, sourcing, procurement, and business transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $29-$32/hour
