You will be responsible for rendering credit decisions on incoming applicants consistent with internal policies, underwriting mortgage commitments, and verifying supporting documentation as submitted by Mortgage Brokers, and uphold our commitment to excellence in service level agreements.Does this sound like you?To thrive as a Full-Time Non-QM Underwriter at LendSure Mortgage Corp you will need a robust set of skills and knowledge in real estate lending and loan structuring. Familiarity with real estate markets, valuation methodologies. A strong understanding of borrower financials, credit risk, and KYC/AML compliance will enable you to ensure adherence to guidelines and mitigate risks.
