Description
- Evaluate and underwrite LIHTC transactions, ensuring compliance with program regulations and company standards.
- Analyze financial models and projections to assess project feasibility and profitability.
- Collaborate with syndication teams to structure deals and secure equity investments.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines post-closing.
