Underwriting Director, Inland Marine & Property

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for an Underwriting Director, Inland Marine & Property from our Naperville or Rolling Meadows, Illinois location.

We’re looking for an experienced Inland Marine & Property Underwriting Director to step into a visible, impact-driven role. This is not a maintenance-only seat. You’ll own and grow a book while helping us expand our footprint—bringing ideas, new relationships, and underwriting expertise that move the business forward.
