$18/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | 9:00 PM–7:00 AM
Full-Time: 80 Hours PTO + 401(k) with Employer Match


Guardian Group Solutions is seeking responsible, polished, and career-minded professionals to join our Uniformed Security Division at an upscale residential community in Jupiter.


This is an entry-level position with room to grow. We are looking for candidates who take accountability seriously—show up on time, in proper uniform, prepared for duty, and ready to perform every scheduled shift.


The Assignment


The community is transitioning from construction into homeowner occupancy. Primary responsibilities include:

• Strict access control and visitor/vendor verification
• Overnight loss prevention and asset protection
• Active foot and golf-cart patrols
• Use of company electronic patrol-tracking and reporting technology
• Accurate completion of patrols, checkpoints, activity logs, and incident reports
• Monitoring for unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
• Professional interaction with homeowners, guests, contractors, and vendors

As the community develops, this assignment may transition into a permanent residential gatehouse and access-control operation.


Professional Standards


This is a uniformed and client-facing position. Officers must maintain Guardian Group's strict uniform, grooming, appearance, and conduct standards.


We need candidates who are dependable and accountable. Consistent punctuality and attendance are essential. Officers must be comfortable working within a structured environment where patrol activity, reporting, and performance are documented electronically.


Requirements


Valid Florida Class D Security License, current CPR/First Aid certification, fluent English, reliable transportation, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to successfully complete background/drug screening and Guardian Group's Operational Fitness Assessment.


Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
