The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing all SACC events and workshops/classes through social media, website updates, and printed pieces.QualificationsMust enjoy working with peopleWilling to learn about all areas in the studioMust be willing to work SACC Special EventsMust be dedicated to the SACC missionMust have the ability to lift 50 poundsProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with social media platforms, including video marketingMarketing ResponsibilitiesHave open communication with the program and operations managersWork with Union Marketing to develop SACC print pieces (Calendar booklet, window clings, digital screens, posters, etc.)Manage social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and bi-weekly newsletterCheck views, likes and overall interactions on social mediaResearch and implement new marketing strategiesHave awareness of the SACC programs and special eventsPrepare marketing materials for SACC eventsRegularly update our UWM WebsiteWork with staff on studio signageContinuously seek out new opportunities to better promote the Craft Centre through outreach to both on-campus and off-campus entitiesHelp all studio members as they use the studio space and equipmentKeep the studio space and equipment cleanHave awareness of the SACC programs and special eventsAdhere to the University of Wisconsin System employment policies and proceduresAll staff must attend regular SACC staff meetings (staff meetings are set at the beginning of each semester to accommodate student's class schedules).*This position is open to UW-Milwaukee students with a minimum 2.25 cumulative GPA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
