Summary
Join CHS at our union lubricants manufacturing facility in Inver Grove Heights, MN, where safety, reliability, and teamwork are at the center of everything we do. As a 2nd shift Union Maintenance Mechanic, youll play a critical role in keeping our plant operating safely and efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical, instrumentation, and facility systems. This position offers 2nd Shift hours 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday, onsite training, competitive pay & benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of the largest cooperative in the U.S. This position works closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support production, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to equipment issues, and help drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Additional Qualifications
Experience performing maintenance in a lubricants, chemical processing, refinery, manufacturing, industrial production, or similar heavy industrial environment.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment.
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
High School diploma or GED preferred
