Unique Hybrid Position: Chief Structural Engineer & General Manager, Cedar Rapids Iowa

What if I told you that we just opened a NEW General Manager position for our NEWEST OFFICE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that would include you being the Chief Structural Engineer for big clients that we currently have?

This position manages 8 professionals: 4 Architects + 2 Licensed Civil Engineers + 1 Entry level Structural Engineer + Entry Level Traffic Engineer

What if I also told you that we are offering:

• O.T. PAY: Straight time for any overtime work performed!
• A company car.
• Have provided a two-week bonus for all employees for the past 40 years.
• Allow professional engineers to buy stock into the company since We are a s-corporation.
• Offering a salary range from $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year.
• Pay 100% of the employees long-term and short-term disability insurance.

We are a well-respected, 90-year-old Midwest professional civil & structural engineering and architectural design firm servicing public & private clients. This includes being licensed to provide professional civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural design, and professional land surveying services.

And that we have been providing professional design and land surveying services to municipalities, townships, counties, state agencies and private enterprises since their inception.

We have a talented and diversified staff of more than 80 full-time employees who are experienced and qualified to provide an extensive range of professional services, including structural engineering, transportation engineering, water & wastewater engineering, civil site design, architectural design, land surveying services, and construction staking, observation and administration services.
