Livingston Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center is a 120-bed, one-floor skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate care in a warm and supportive environment. We are currently seeking energetic and dependable Unit Assistants to join our team in Hudson.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Morning Nursing Supervisor/Manager upon arrival for floor assignment

• Transport residents to designated dining areas for meals and assist with seating

• Assist residents with handwashing and beverage distribution during meals

• Deliver meal trays and assist residents with opening containers or obtaining alternate selections

• Transport residents back to their units after meals

• Assist Activities staff with transporting residents to programs and events

• Supervise residents in community areas and outdoor patio spaces during pleasant weather

• Assist with meal service, passing and collecting trays

• Escort residents to off-site appointments

• Tidy residents’ rooms, linen closets, and make beds

• Provide positive interaction and compassionate support to residents

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Administration

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with residents and patients

• Compassionate, caring, and positive demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
