The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Special Care Nursery provide high-quality, family-centered care for infants requiring specialized support.
The care model is individualized and developmentally supportive, designed to promote physiologic stability and optimal growth for each infant. Families are essential partners in the care process. Parents participate in decision-making and are engaged from admission through discharge.

Role Summary:
The Unit Coordinator supports the efficient daily operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Special Care Nursery by serving as a central resource for communication, coordination, and administrative support. This role partners closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; maintain accurate patient records; manage unit communications; and facilitate patient flow.
As a primary point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff, the Unit Coordinator fosters a welcoming environment, ensures timely information exchange, and delivers exceptional customer service to support a seamless care experience.

$20.50 - $27.59
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
