What You'll Do

• Lead and support the nursing team
• Help ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Coordinate care with nurses, providers, and other team members
• Support staff training and development
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Help maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards

What You'll Need

• Current Washington LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
