Unit Manager - RN

What You'll Bring:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• 1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents, families, and coworkers
