Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily thermal reduction and incineration operations• Coach, develop, and support production leaders and teams• Drive a strong, proactive safety culture• Improve throughput, reliability, and operational performance• Coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and equipment improvements• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental requirements• Use process and production data to identify improvement opportunities• Partner across Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety• Strengthen operator and supervisor training and development• Champion continuous improvement across the operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or a similar industrial environment Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment
