As a Unit Public Affairs Representative, you will be responsible for managing the public image and reputation of our company. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies that promote our brand and maintain a positive relationship with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company's brand and image
- Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers on various platforms
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials
- Plan and coordinate events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness
- Monitor media coverage and respond to any negative publicity
- Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets, community organizations, and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
