Summary:
Performs clerical support functions for a patient care unit, including environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, data entry, and troubleshooting.
Assists in delivering direct nursing care as needed, following established policies and procedures.
This role does not require patient care.
Provides administrative support to nonexecutive staff in a nursing unit, manages information flow, answers phones, greets visitors, and maintains patient records.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; 0-1 year clerical or customer service experience preferred.
Must have computer skills (Microsoft Office), strong follow-up, multitasking, customer service abilities, and adaptability to new technology.
Physical demands include sitting, occasional standing, walking, lifting, and fine manipulation.
