Ideal applicants will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and great customer service skills.

Schedule: 6 AM-6 PM (2 days per week, including weekend rotation)

Role Purpose

The Unit Secretary performs clerical duties supporting the operations of the patient care team.

Responsibilities

Supports the clinical operations by providing customer service and clerical support.Transcribes physician orders as appropriate with close attention to detail.Notifies appropriate nurse when STAT orders are written or when coordinating tests and procedures. Communicates new orders to the healthcare team as appropriate.
