Sales Support Representative

United Fleet Management (UFM)

Full-Time | Salary 55,000-60,000 per year

Overview

United Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This position provides direct support to the National Sales Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for new and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive-able to balance administrative tasks with customer-facing communication to help drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the National Sales Manager in daily sales operations and account management.

• Assist new and prospective customers by explaining UFM's vehicle lease program.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our software for all customer interactions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and data organization for the sales department.

• Uphold UFM's standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Enjoys speaking with potential customers and sharing information about our program.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
