Engagement Objective
Provide flexible audit and advisory support across multiple Internal Audit initiatives, including:
Technology and data-driven audits, including reviews of emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
Internal Audit Professional Practice initiatives focused on innovation and process transformation and change management systems
The ideal resources will possess strong critical thinking, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and analytical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
3. Key Responsibilities
Resources may support one or more of the following projects:
Emerging Technology / AI Governance Audit: Support assessments of governance, controls, and guardrails for AI-enabled solutions and agentic AI platforms, including reviews of data protection, fraud prevention, monitoring, and oversight mechanisms.
Internal Audit Professional Practice: Supporting our internal audit professional practice team on some special projects focused on innovation and process transformation and change management systems
Project assignments may evolve based on business priorities and audit plan changes.

Resources will be expected to:
Execute audit procedures and document workpapers.
Perform risk assessments and control evaluations.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs.
Evaluate operational, technology, and governance controls.
Develop observations and recommendations.
Support audit reporting and presentation development.
Contribute to Internal Audit methodology and continuous improvement initiatives, as needed.
4. Required Qualifications
Suppliers must propose candidates with the following minimum qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of internal audit, operational risk, consulting, or related experience.
Experience supporting operational, technology, or data-driven audits.
Experience working with large, complex, global organizations.
Technical skills:
Risk and controls assessment.
Process analysis and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
Understanding of technology-enabled business processes and controls.
Industry experience:
Technology, Platform based business experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
CIA, CPA, CISA, CRISP, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
