The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks a full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist to join its Community Radiology Group. Opportunities are available throughout the state of South Carolina in communities near Columbia Florence and Orangeburg. Join a collaborative committed group focusing on high quality and exceptional patient care.
About the opportunity
Full-time onsite position Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM
No Weekends
No Call
Candidate should have a strong foundation in all aspects of breast imaging including screening and diagnostic mammography MRI biopsies and localizations
Candidate must be BC or BE and be MQSA certified and have completed a one-year fellowship in Breast Imaging
Great mix of screening and diagnostic mammography. All units are tomosynthesis. Perform image guided biopsies including ultrasound MRI stereotactic and localization procedures.
Work with state-of-the-art equipment
Staff are well-established collaborative and dedicated to the hospital and communities
Supported by a premier cancer institute radiologists enjoy excellent professional relationships with dedicated breast sub-specialists in Breast Medical Oncology Breast Genetics Breast Surgical Oncology Breast Radiation Breast Pathology Breast Surgery and PlasticReconstructive Surgery.
Weekly dedicated Breast Tumor Boards serve as working conferences to deliver the highest quality medicine to each patient in a considerate caring and timely manner.
