Summary

As a UB I, being at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with KNB's standards and procedures is essential. The role involves accurately processing customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring each interaction reflects service excellence. Expertise in managing a cash drawer/recycler, addressing customer inquiries, and offering insightful recommendations on bank products and services is required.

Essential Functions

  • Warmly welcomes walk-in customers, identifies their needs, and guides them to the suitable staff member.
  • Efficiently handles daily customer transactions, including cashing checks, receiving deposits, issuing withdrawals, and accepting loan payments.
  • Assists with ATM balancing and processes mail and night drop transactions, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manages credit card access, checking balances, processing payments, and reviewing transactions with precision.
  • Performs CTR Processing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Answers and directs telephone calls, provides information, and routes calls to the appropriate staff members as necessary.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager with a commitment to service excellence.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required; Minimum 6-12 months prior bank experience or equivalent cash handling and customer service experience.
