Universal Worker / CNA – Assisted Living

The Views Senior Living of Marion is looking for compassionate, dependable Universal Workers and CNAs to join our Assisted Living team!

If you have a servant's heart and are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors, we'd love to meet you. We are seeking caregivers who demonstrate kindness, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while creating a welcoming environment for our residents.

Position Details

• Job Types: Full-time & Part-time
• Pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour for shifts beginning at 2:00 PM
• Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week
• Flexible Scheduling Available

Responsibilities

This is a brief overview and not a complete job description.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist the nurse with resident care as delegated
• Plan and participate in engaging activities for residents
• Serve meals and provide dining assistance
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• CNA certification welcomed but not required for Universal Worker applicants
• Must be willing to participate in ongoing education and training
• A caring attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to resident-centered care
