As a Sanitation Worker, you'll be essential in maintaining cleanliness across the campus, working alongside the Facilities Management team to ensure all areas are hygienic and welcoming. Your contributions will help promote a healthy, comfortable space for students, staff, and visitors alike.
What You'll Do
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for
- Performing industrial sanitation of carpeted and hard floor surfaces
- Operating machines such as floor scrubbers and carpet steamers
- Conducting basic cleaning tasks around the facility, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms, ensuring they are sanitized and stocked
- Emptying trash bins and removing rubbish from the premises
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- Prior experience in sanitation, cleaning, or custodial work (preferred)
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours daily
- Comfort with bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, and lifting throughout the shift
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overnight shifts with a flexible attitude

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, working the graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
