Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to identify students learning needs and challenges
• Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to support students' academic growth
• Providing direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to students' educational plans
