This position assists with managing prospective student communications throughout the recruitment funnel, including inquiry, application, admission, and enrollment stages.Primary Purpose of the PositionThe University Program Specialist will be responsible for producing various digital and print materials to be used as part of the recruitment, social media, and web strategies for the Office of Admission and Student Success. This includes creating brochures, banners, and other digital graphic design services according to FSU's brand standards. They will also share and post content on the university's internal and external websites in addition to posting on the office's social media platforms.Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree and one year of related work experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to handle several projects at once with attention to detail.Familiarity with social media.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and skills in web design using content management systems.Ability to create graphics and images that meet Admission goals.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment-related functions.
