General Summary Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Registrar serves as a strategic leader in advancing the institution’s enrollment management vision and student success priorities. As the institutional steward of academic records, the Registrar builds and leads a modern, student-centered operation that supports recruitment, retention, persistence, and degree completion through data-informed decision-making, process innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient, and technology-enabled registrar services while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, service excellence, and organizational change management across the student lifecycle. |
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge and skills in program planning, administration, budgeting, and operational leadership, typically acquired through completion of a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of student information systems, technology applications, and automated processes related to registration, records management, and academic operation. |
