Job Summary:
The Linux Cloud Admin provides first‑line technical support for Linux systems an enterprise environment. The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure approved Linux versions per enterprise standards
Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN)
Log, track, and update incidents using Jira
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.
Awareness of Linux licensing concepts (node‑locked, floating)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
