Qualifications:
- Valid Unlimited Journeyman Electrician License (State Specific).
- String Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret Commercial and Residential blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- String communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a company vehicle.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, attics, crawlspaces).
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, Maintain, and repair Electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret Residential and Commercial blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Lead and guide apprentices and less experiences journeyman on jobsites.
- Manage daily work tasks and ensure timely, high-quality completion of assignments.
- Hold team members accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and functional condition.
- Ensure company vehicles are stocked with necessary tools and materials.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidental promptly.
- Document work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times.
Base Schedule (Full-Time)
- Monday - Friday (8 hours per day)
