Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, resurface, and finish concrete floors using industry-standard techniques and materials
• Apply coatings, overlays, and resurfacing compounds to commercial and industrial concrete surfaces
• Operate and maintain surface preparation equipment including grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers
• Assess job site conditions and determine appropriate resurfacing methods and materials
• Ensure quality control and inspect finished surfaces to meet project specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience in concrete floor resurfacing, coatings, or surface preparation
• Knowledge of epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, or other industrial floor coating systems
• Ability to operate surface prep equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
